If your organization is a sponsor or trade show exhibitor, more information on the registration process will be available soon.

Registration is online only and will remain open through the last day of the event.
• We encourage everyone to register before the early bird rate changes on 7 March.
• All UNIC member registrations are pending approval by UNIC. If you are not approved, you will be notified.
• Credentials will not be released without payment in full.

* Full Registration includes seminars, screenings, studio presentations, networking and trade show access.
* Trade Show & Seminars includes access to seminars and the trade show only.
* One Day registrations are available on site only and allow access to everything offered on a given day.

UNIC Members
All UNIC member registrations are subject to review. In the event the registrant is not a UNIC member, the registration category and rate will be adjusted accordingly and may result in a balance due.

Groups
If you expect to have ten or more paid full registrations, you may register as a group. If you don’t have a Group ID, please contact Barbara Grieninger before registering.

VAT Tax
If you submit your registration with a non-Spanish address, the registration is subject to VAT Spanish, being the passive subject of the tax the recipient thereof, in accordance with article 84 of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, regulating the Value Added Tax. The VAT tax is 10% of the registration fee and will be added at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms
All payments will be processed in U.S. dollars. Non-U.S. banks and credit cards may charge an exchange fee. The Film Expo Group is not responsible for any transactional or variable fees charged by the cardholder’s bank at the time of processing.

All individual registrations must be paid online at the time of registration, no exceptions. The Film Expo Group accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Group payment terms are to be defined in the agreement between the Group and Film Expo Group.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests received by May 16 will be refunded less an administrative fee of $150. After May 16, there are no refunds.

Registration Invoice
All registrants will receive a confirmation email upon submission. The confirmation also serves as the official registration invoice/receipt. Please keep it in a safe place.

Credentials
Everyone participating must wear an official show badge while participating. Registrations and badges cannot be shared. Violators will have their credentials confiscated.

Family members, friends, colleagues, etc. are not granted access to the event without a badge. If anyone will accompany you, you must register them and pay the associated fee.

Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)
The supporting studios are delivering an extensive lineup of product presentations, all of which predate their release dates. As such, every registrant will have to agree to the non-disclosure terms to submit a registration.

Showcase Policy/No Suitcasing
Any attendee who is observed soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in a company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.

Photographs And Videotaping
Taking photographs or using video equipment during any session or at any portion of the program is prohibited and violators will be removed from the premises. Only the official photographer will be authorized to take photographs.
